AMC LAW FIRM was founded by Ashish Makhija, who started his career as a practicing Chartered Accountant in 1989 primarily handling Corporate Law matters in Company Law Tribunals in India sand later on moved on to full fledged legal practice.

Ashish Makhija
A member of Bars of Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Delhi District Courts and many others. After graduating from one of the prestigious colleges of India – Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, Ashish Makhija did his CA Article Training from S.R.Batliboi & Company (presently representing Ernst & Young in India). Having Qualified as CA and CWA, he started his practice as a Chartered Accountant by founding a CA firm in 1989. He concentrated in Corporate and Business Laws, which prompted him to do Bachelors in Law from a law college of University of Delhi. Maintaining his brilliant academic record of being a merit holder in his Grade 12 and CA Finals and a gold medallist from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for obtaining 100% marks in Mathematics in Grade 12, Ashish Makhija topped Law Centre II of University of Delhi.He has a rich experience in handling corporate and civil litigation at all levels, arbitration cases, opinions and consultancy on legal issues.

R.D.Makheeja held senior positions in the Department of Company Affairs (now Ministry of Corporate Affairs) Government of India, for about 20 years handling matters relating Companies Act, MRTP Act, and allied economic and commercial laws.
Presently practicing as an Advocate and handling cases in the Supreme Court, High Courts, MRTP Commission, BIFR, AAIFR, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Central Administrative Tribunal and Company Law Board. He has a rich experience in handling corporate and civil litigation at all levels, arbitration cases, opinions and consultancy on legal issues.

Vivek Sharma
A young and dynamic member of the Team. He has done his Bachelor of Laws from University of Delhi. He is a member of District Bar Association. Sanjana
The youngest member of AMC Law Firm Team. After completing her graduation, she completed her Bachelor of Laws from Delhi. She holds membership of District Bar Association, Delhi. She possesses thorough knowledge of court procedures including Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi. She is proficient in research work besides providing legal consultancy and opinions on Employment and Personal Law matters.
